Mcdonald's

Simple order of unsweetened tea and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The tea was very very watered down sweet tea instead of unsweetened and the biscuit had obviously been sitting there for a while hoping to be sold. I guess that’s the danger of ordering during the transition between breakfast and lunch. Inedible sandwich and barely drinkable tea. On the positive side, the mobile pay app worked great!

I placed a mobile order (3 Happy Meals & desserts) and they were not ready, so I was asked to park and wait. The guy brings the food 7mnn later...with No drinks or desserts. Another 10mnn later, I go inside looking for the rest of my order that no one inside was preparing. They claimed to not even know who the guy was that brought my food to me. 🤯😬scary. Just BAD management in there.

I usually don't visit this restaurant at this location because my food is always prepped wrong or bad. The order takers and the window people are great but it's the food preppers and sandwich makers who don't seem to care about how your food is made. The people in the back do not care about the quality of your food. This is a photo of how my sandwich maker made my sandwich while I was going through the drive thru. I did not have time to return my sandwich because I was already far away after I had discovered the sandwich was made this way. The person who prepped this sandwich should make the sandwich correct and put more care into what they do. I wouldn't even be surprise if this person does not wash their hands prior to starting their shift. Very unacceptable. Please think and do what you don't want done back to you, when ordering take out yourself.

Guy at the register acted like I was begging him to work and take my order, then when I got my order, oh why did I ask for ketchup, he look at me like what else, threw it in my bag. When I got in car , wife said fries are cold, my drink was flat. Didn't feel like going back through the hassle , so basically threw it out when we got to hotel. * needs better customer service * check quality of food there serving * place could be cleaned
