Ledo Pizza

I went here after placing an online order. I’ve been to this location before and never had issues previously. But this particular time when I went to go pick up my order, they stated they needed to see my ID to confirm it was my order. Because I wasn’t aware of this new policy until I got in the store I didn’t have my ID nor was I going back to my car to get it because I had my child with me who the pizza was for. I wasn’t expecting to have an identity check just to pick up my pizza. Once I stated I didn’t have my ID they told me they needed to call my phone instead. What doesn’t make sense is they could’ve of simply looked at the online transaction receipt that I was showing them from my phone. They refused to do that. They were very persistent in wanting to call my phone just confirm I’m the right person picking up my order. When he saw my phone number that was listed on the receipt was not ringing they refused me my pizza because according to them they could not identify who I was. My phone was on silent so I wasn’t aware at that moment of why I didn’t see the store number calling. I’m assuming they’ve had people in the past stealing orders. When I showed them the number they were calling from showing in my call log they still refused my pizza that was already paid for!!! But somehow when I asked for my refund they were very willing to give me my refund without asking for the same ID they needed for me picking up my pizza. They didn’t mention calling my phone to confirm who I was to make sure they were giving money back to the right person who ordered. . That made no sense! I reached out to corporate the same day and I have yet to hear a response.

I placed an order today. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later. I paid and was not given any food. I asked the man for cheese and peppers and was told there was not any, but another customer asked a young lady for peppers and she gave him some. I waited 15 more minutes after paying and stated, "I called my order in a hour ago is it not ready." He looks and sees my pizza has been ready, but no wings. Everyone is confused. They scramble to make wings and tried to give me a cold pizza. I said my pizza is cold now. I still waiting and no reason to why my food was not prepared. They gave me the same cold pizza. When I complained she said I warmed it up. Poor customer service. I will never return. They did not attempt to compensate for the inconvenience.
