I work night shift so I stop in every now and then for a pizza or wing and had no problem before but now since staff changed they are always out or just sold last one and latest is now we don't sell that when truck comes in.

Cold uncooked food on the rollers, hardly any hot food in the case at lunchtime. Plus the store is filthy.

Horrible customer service the girls there think they own the store. They speak to you like you are beneath them. You don’t like your job get another one please.

Staff is friendly and competent, and the store is clean and will stocked. but they don't let you pay with the 7-Eleven app or tap-to-pay. (No fault of the staffs) After a year and a half of Covid totally unacceptable. I no longer carry any way to pay except my phone, so I cannot use the store.

My husband and I just went in to your 7-Eleven on the corner of Starkey and ulmerton and the two ladies working the desk we're awfully rude trying to rush us out of the store as we were trying to get some belongings to take to the beach with us they were very rude yelling our amount across the store when we were not at our register and ringing us out before we were done will not go back to that one please check your staff

This morning, the cashier at this 7-eleven location really made my day, not only does she have the most beautiful smile, but also, she recognized I was going through a tough time, she went completely above and beyond all I could have even imagined to help me out. I'm totally at a loss for words. Thank you SO MUCH! I want to say more, share her name but I think it better to respect her privacy, but THANK YOU!
