Mcdonald's

It’s McDonald’s, guess if we keep coming back something has to be good. No line this morning, well that is until they had problems with my order. There are very few McDonald’s that get my order correct. My special needs kiddo just wants beacon. That’s it abs it throws everyone off. Staff was nice. Easy access in and out.

Avoid this McDonald's. This particular location left a bad impression on me and my family. The service was not very friendly to begin with and our order was not delivered correctly as well. To be fair, the cashier did correct the mistake when asked to do so. However, we waited over 20 minutes to receive our order on a night when the restaurant was not so busy. Additionally, I spotted the employees at the back of the house putting ingredients directly on the counter and then on the burgers. Our Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich tasted like a rubber shoe sole once we received it, and was lukewarm. The floors of the restaurant were a messy collection of crumbs and trash, the bathrooms look like they needed cleaning and the tables were covered in a film of grease. The tray we got our food on had what looked like days old mayonnaise stuck on its side, as if it was not washed in quite a while. Overall, please please please avoid this place if you can. It will ruin your day.

Came about 1pm. Inside dinning area wasn't busy. Staff was not idle and I was attended immediately. I ordered a #9 Home style meal($6.91). Meal took about 2 minutes to get to my table once completed order. Over all meal was fresh and hot. Meat was thoroughly cooked and dried were hot and crispy. Not overly salted as well. On scale of 1-5 5 for dinning room cleanliness 5 for customer service 5 for freshness of meal 5 for restroom cleanliness 3 on meal presentation Burger was made sloppy for such a slow time of day. Over all I give this place a 4.5 . Presentation of meal means a lot. Don't be in such a rush as to make a burger. It's like the center piece to many McDonald's meals. Other than that what a great job on keep your restaurant clean. Especially restroom. Dirty restrooms usually mean dirty kitchens after all.

Pickle allergies here...... Sure look like pickles to me. I always tend to avoid any McDonald's sadly i went against my better judgement. Typical McDonald's quick to take your money then go park in a spot and wait for incorrect orders and cold food. Not sure how you can mess up this one. Employers need to start giving entry elementary exams to their staff to ensure that they can at least read and understand basic entry level English. Should of just gone to Whataburger down the street.

Drivethru at night is very rude. They told me to pull up to the next window but didn't tell me why. I was treated like I was bothering them. Another time I asked for extra pickles and they gave me none. When I drove to the window to tell them. They were laughing and they moved out of sight. I had to wait in line again to correct my order. Who is managing at night- get someone who take there job seriously.
