I hope the owner of this establishment reads my comments on today’s visit. I know that businesses will have good and bad days, but, this particular day was pretty ugly. For some reason, I decided to get in the drive-thru line which was already long and moving slow. When I finally reached the menu screen the speaker’s volume was horrible, I could barely understand the attendant and I really had to raise my volume so I could be heard. My order was not difficult consisting of sundaes, an iced coffee and a fish sandwich combo. I paid and I got a partial order, I was then directed to park in front of the restaurant. I noticed that there were additional cars parked there, too. I also noticed a gentleman pacing and looking through the window. I thought to myself, well that’s not good, I wonder how long he has been waiting? During my 20 minute wait, I saw different staff members going in and out trying to figure out what order goes where. There was no manager outside to co-ordinate a smooth transition from their kitchen to the customer. Do you know what I was waiting on? My drink. Why did I wait so long? Because they couldn’t even get that right, I ordered a Dr P but I was given a Coke or Pepsi. My whole point is narrowed down to customer service, customer service, customer service! And a lot of people did not receive that. Oh, and the manager on duty to this train-wreck was Myra Rodriguez. “Have a good day to you too, Ms. Rodriguez!

Everything sucked for being a new remodel. The women's bathroom sink Barley has enough water running to wash your hands and that's if there's soap. The play area is always filthy and smelly. The food takes long to be served for dine in 9 out of 10 times, believe me my kid loves nuggets and their always soggy never fresh or crisp. The workers including managers can give a shi* about the guests. The whole time they will be sitting in tables or leaning over counters talking to friends. They take your order by staring at you, don't expect a "hello" or "how may I help you". Only good thing is the wifi. 0 STARS! But that wasn't a option

I am secret shopper to make reviews on Customer Service, at businesses. I ordered 3 breakfast deluxe they didn’t care in provide butter, ketchup, pancakes syrup and not eating utensils. Customer Service we’re doing job in a RUSH to get rid of customers. Not a Happy Customer at all! I will definitely not go again

DON'T GO TO THIS ONE! There is one down the road a bit. Really rude employees. Almost every time I used the app to pay, their machine said I didn't pay and had to provide another way to pay. Although once their system saw I paid twice, I was refunded the first payment I made which is the one I wanted to use to keep track of travel expenses. Last time I went there the employee said everything back to us correctly but when we got the order the size was wrong on a dollar drink and they refused to give us the right size even though it cost the same amount. Day before that the employee didn't take my app code at the start and when I gave it to her after she gave me the total she responded with "Your total is still blah." in a seriously snooty how dare I use a code way. There is another McDonald's that we'll go to next time we're in Laredo just down the road a bit. We've had it with this one.
