Wow so my husband bought a large menudo to go, to my surprise it was just caldo and a very small amount of meat, plus it’s not even good, it tasted like salty water. I’ll just stick with the barbacoa next time.
As you might expect: just as good as the original! Great location right off Barlett, just north of Guadalupe. Come dine in or take some of their famous barbacoa by the pound to go.
They give you all the fixings, tortillas, salsa, limon and repollo. Also great caldos and menudo, even a mini size menu
Total perfection all plates are very well served. Highly recommend/ altamente recomendadado. For Laredo’s harsh winter’s Menudo is the greatest soup.

Exceptional Barbacoa if not the best in laredo. They need to work on their phone lines always busy but that can tell you alot. Its good food!
