Wow so my husband bought a large menudo to go, to my surprise it was just caldo and a very small amount of meat, plus it’s not even good, it tasted like salty water. I’ll just stick with the barbacoa next time.

As you might expect: just as good as the original! Great location right off Barlett, just north of Guadalupe. Come dine in or take some of their famous barbacoa by the pound to go.
They give you all the fixings, tortillas, salsa, limon and repollo. Also great caldos and menudo, even a mini size menudo if you want to just try it. Friendly and helpful staff, make sure you come early, sometimes they run out. Best barbacoa in Laredo. If it's Sunday morning ... it has to be Liras!
