Horrible horrible customer service. I can’t a business would do what they did to me. I ordered a Mango raspa preparada and a small elote. The elote was good but they gave me a tamarindo raspa and I was confused to what it was until they told me. I told the lady at the window that this was not what I ordered and she told me to give her a second and closed the window and proceeded to talk with the man that took my order. Then the man opened the window and asked me what I ordered and I told him I ordered a Mango raspa preparada. He then told me no, thats not what I ordered. I told him as anyone would, that no I ordered a mango one. He explained to me that he assured with me twice that my order was the one that they gave me and idk if I or he misheard, but the fact that he told me he wasn’t going to get me a mango one because it was already charged and that if they change it that it was gonna charge them. So I asked him “so youre not gonna change it?” And explained that he wasnt because of the line I had behind me and that it was going to affect the others. At this point I just left without the raspa which I handed back to them. I just was in shock of how bad they handled the situation. It was just as easy to change the raspa for me and say say sorry for the misunderstanding or something but no. I’m never coming here again and never recommending to family and friends. That guy needs some better training, I hope he wasn’t the owner because thats just embarrassing and unacceptable. DONT COME HERE
