My favorite Chinese place in Laredo. I had it for the first time in two years recently, and it was so good. The orange chicken, chow mein, and fried rice was breathtaking. I contemplated going back to buy another plate. Great portions, fast service, almost brought me to tears.

Horrible. The orange chicken is fabricated.. looks great from the outside but when you take a bite, air and bread with a tiny bit of chicken if any. The noodles are drenched in lard. Try elsewhere.
