Kyle & Snyder night shift employees are the best, made our visit the best even if it was drive through, super helpful and patience. Fast food employees like them deserve a raise, knowing the struggle they kept their professionalism. Props to these gentlemen. Thank you for your assistance! Enjoyed the conversation!

This Wendy's never has anything and their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. One time I ordered a salad and the woman at the window greeted me by screaming "No pecans, only croutons!" Zero people skills. Another time I ordered through their mobile app and arrived to the restaurant to find our that over half of my order couldn't be fulfilled and they would not be able to give me a refund and asked me to call the app customer service. I spent over an hour on hold and was eventually told to contact the restaurant again to get a refund. In the end the GM and owner emailed me and had me go back to the restaurant days later to give me a refund with no compensation for my wasted time or the inconvenience. If you absolutely must eat Wendy's I recommend either the McDonald's across the street or traveling a couple miles to a different location.

I like eating at this place but it's usually packed with kids from nearby schools in the afternoon and employees don't keep the place clean due to that issue. Tables are moved around and drinks are spilled throughout the place. I feel like they should try to keep the kids off the premises unless they are paying customers and leaving right after... Not just hanging out for a few hours. Hope the issue gets resolved by management or franchise owners.
