My boyfriend and I came to dine for our date and our experience was AMAZING. Firstly I want to thank JOHN and TANYA for their service! They gave us a discount and free dessert! Food was amazing as well. The meat on the rubs just slides right Off the bone and I had no trouble eating them. Great food great employees! We loved it.

Went with my family on 6/3/22 and I’ve never been to a restaurant with such great service! Not only were we seated quickly, but as soon as we sat down they asked us what we wanted to drink. I went to bathroom and came back and our drinks were already on the table! My husband and I noticed how there were staff kinda standing by but we didn’t know why. Well, we found out that not only is our server checking in on us constantly, but these staff members would come and check on us too. So the service is impeccable here! Having enough staff members means 3 things to me. 1. They want to provide the best customer service. 2.These people really enjoy their jobs, because nowadays no where is fully staffed. 3. Because they are fully staffed, they have enough help to not be so stressed out. Which again, will make their jobs enjoyable. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YA’LL! Oh and yes, the food was delicious!

The wait to get the table wasnt too long. But we were only 2. Got warm bread. Twice. Waitress was polite. Fast. Food was hot. Well served. Didn't wait too long.
**The drink I ordered supposed to b frozen. And it wasnt. So that was the only reason why 4 stars intead of 5.

Quality has definitely declined at this establishment. The food was rather lacking flavor. The cleanliness was at the threshold of eating comfortably. Maybe it was just today, or new kitchen crew, but as a long time customer of Texas Roadhouse, not just limited to this location, but this time it didn't keep me enthused and most certainly didn't take my food home. If you're here for something you're used to, your experience shouldn't be phased by this review.

Service was good, food was great. No complaints. Restaurant was busy but we still only waited around 15 minutes to get to our seat. Staff was friendly and fast.

Consistently good service given to us here. I recommend the sirloin and ribs. The friend pickles are always delicious, and if you are over 21, give the Kenny's Cooler or Top Shelf Margarita a try if its your day off. One of our favorite places to eat at here in Laredo.
