Apparently this McDonalds doesn't bring your food to your table or call out your number anymore. They simply place the food on their counter and leave it there unannounced. If you are in the playground area, you will not know when your food is ready until it is cold.

They got my order wrong. First they could t even charge correctly cause they didn't know what I ordered. Then they gave me someone else food. By the time I got home it wasn't worth waiting another 45 minutes in their drive thru lane. I thought mcdonald was fast food not a casual dining restaurant. I will never come here again

Slowwww! Big Mac and fríes and a 10 piece nuggets waiting 15 minutes in lobby. Finally get my order and ask for ketchup and I get 2 packets. Never coming back! Do everyone a favor and just close!

One star because the food is very fake tasting quality. How come you could eat a lot of this food and still be hungry after 2 hours. The customer service was good, that is why this place got the one and only star, otherwise would be cero stars. I am not into genetically modified foods. Back in the day it was real meat, now a days is just simply low quality genetically modified foods with plenty of additives and fillers. No thank you.

Pretty sure " double" quarter pounder has 2 pieces of meat on it? I have been to this place 5 times and all 5 times they have screwed my order up. The sad thing is out of all the Mc Donald's in Laredo this is the only one I haven't got food poisoning from. I tried to call but the listed number is answered by a fax machine. Typical Laredo low quality no standards.

Horrible customer service. Amazes me they want to get paid so much hourly yet they're so lazy and inconsiderate. Their play area was so dirty too! Had to use lysol wipes to clean THEIR tables.

Wanted to place an order online but said it was closed, I tried placing an order through the phone but they said they couldn’t take it and the employee said “you have to come here and order” I asked oh so then I have to wait in my car over 20 minutes for my order to be ready and he said “yes you have to wait” I’m at work and I can’t spend all my break waiting for some stupid burgers that I was craving

Any time i try to place an order throught the app during the night, it says "closed" and when you go through the drive thru they take for ever to attend ur service. They need to start doing better, typical fast food restaurant. and last time i was there with two burgers i ordered they got one wrong, oh and if you go any time passing 12 am theyre never accepting credit cards, who carrys money now a days?
