The service is really great, I have no complaints there. Today I ordered curbside (first time for this particular restaurant). I had no problems, just missing one drink that they were able to bring our fairly quickly. The food was hot and the fries were nicely salted. My sandwich was not correct as you'll see in the pictures. The Large lemonade ended up being diet, and the ice cream cone was in a cup (which is understandable since the heat here makes ice cream melt real fast). I recommend verifying your order once you get it. This wasn't a bad experience, persay. I am too lazy to go back to get my order fixed. Hahaha this doesn't always happen, so it shouldn't damper your idea of the place. I still lrecommend it, but more inside. I don't get problems inside, if any, it's easily fixable.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that actually has freshly made chicken sandwiches. The other Laredo locations make bulk amounts so by the time you receive your food. It's soggy steamed and cold..... Would definitely recommend this location!!!!! And as always friendly service!

Food was fine, but MAN it was hard to find seating. People who weren't eating were taking up seats. I would recommend it just because of the seating, my order was correct and the cashier was kind. Love the Deluxe spicy! Super yum!

You can't really go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. I mean, they are always consistent with their food and their service. Their staff was full and they all had smiles on their faces. The food came out hot and fast.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with pepper jack cheese. It was perfectly cooked and delicious.
I ate here two days in a row while I worked a temp job at the mall. I would eat here every day if I had no other options.

Mall del norte foodcourt Is ok, enough Seats, attentive cleaners. I love chick fil a, specially the spicy sandwich, the sauces and a half/half drink. Is a little slow as Is very popular, but It worths the wait.

Great traditional taste. Service needs improvement. Didn't get the usual "my pleasure" which always makes me feel special. To make matters worst we had to go ask for our order of two cob salads after waiting over 20 minutes.
