Eduardo's Bbq Steaks & Mexican Grill

In clicking on your site it immediately goes from the "home" page to the "about" page. I'm then greeted with this "History of Kitchens..." review referring to a Ms. Spang and Mr. Boulanger. Boulanger was apparently a "1765 Parisian soup maker." Um...What? And what is this testimonial? "Your designs were exactly as Joseph imagined - clear, clean, continuous with a focus on stylistic elements. It was a major help for us. Thank you so much for your work on this project." - Carolyn Meyer. Who is Joseph and who is Carolyn Meyer? And, why should I care? Who are you and what type of restaurant are you? I just want to know if you're a local restaurant (not a chain) and if you have good food as I'm visiting from Houston and may bring some clients. Please advise.

My husband and I brought a load down to Laredo from new hampshire knowing we were going to be there for our 10 year Anniversary. After reading the reviews we picked Eduardo's. The food was good and the service was great. My husband got the steak fajitas. The steak was really good and tender but only got 2 tortillas. Usually fajitas has onions and bell peppers. I had the chicken flautas. They were good. The only problem with the whole dinner was there was no cheese...at all. We thought we was gonna be getting authentic mexican but it was more Tex mex grill.
