This place is located within Carino's (Italian restaurant), and only offers take out (no dine-in). Bottom line: wouldn't go back, unless I have coupon for the place.
I got 2 Texas brisket sandwich, 1 ultimate burger, 1 appetizer sampler.
*Size: 5/5 stars. They're pretty big! Matches the price.
*Taste: 4/5 stars. I wouldn't go out of my way for it again, but tasted great. Their sauces were good too.
*Price: 3/5 stars. They charged additional $2.22 for "packing fee" when they ONLY allow for take-out. What the heck??
*Service: 2/5 stars. Slow and not knowledgeable about the register machine. Multiple people had to help the cashier. The food was cooked within the estimated wait time of 20-30 mins.

The food is real good, i ordered delivery from door dash and got my exact order in a reasonable time.

I would put zero stars if I could. I ordered for delivery once before, and it kept getting delayed until they finally, at like 8pm, told me my order was cancelled. I am now waiting for an order for them tonight, and it has already been delayed twice. If it's cancelled again I'm posting a second bad review for this second order.

OMG tonight I ordered this place for delivery via the Favor app and they forgot to give me 3 of my side dishes (beans, cole slaw, fries) and something else. Not the best experience but the remaining food tasted fine. I was soo hungry too and it was supposed to be a meal for two people it was disappointing to not receive my full meal. I can only wish that this resturant would work better to TRAIN and closely SUPERVISE their emplpyees to assure consistent food quality control over what their employees are putting in a customer meal bag. I get it the employees are probably careless kids but thats more reason to SUPERVISE and double check their work performance. Had me so 😡 upset and let down right before closing hours too. I pray they get their business in order because I love me some BBQ and want them to do better with their service levels.
