Sonic Drive-in

I typically love Sonic, but our experience at this location was lacking. When I placed my order I stated “#1 large Combo, made with Mayo and mustard no onions, tater tots and a Dr Pepper. And another #1 large combo made with Mayo all the way, tater tots and cheese and an ocean water” I had to repeat that several times in different manners bc the order taker did not understand for some reason. And when we received our order, there was no veggies on either burger and the ocean water did not have any sprite in it. Even when the order came back again it still wasn’t correct but we were hungry so we just took it and left. Hoping it was just an off day and things get better at that location!

Poorly run and staffed.. employees just laughing and hanging out with no intention of serving or taking orders waited for my order to be taken for 20 minutes and never had an attempt from anyone to respond, it wasn’t busy at all so that’s not an excuse when we left we could see everyone joking and ducking down as to not be seen, do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs better to spend your money at an establishment that isn’t going to waste your time.
