If I could leave zero stars I would. It took 40 minutes to get my frappe. Cars couldn’t back out and line wasn’t moving. This location employees are rude, restaurant is dirty, most times their frappe blender don’t work and I wouldn’t order food from here if it was the only place open on this planet. My frappe was nothing but huge clumps of ice. This was last time I spend my $5.00 on this location!

The morning manager with the braids it’s really nice. I didn’t catch her name. I went in the other day and they gave me the wrong order. I called the store and asked for the manager. I explained to her that my order was wrong. She didn’t hesitate to give me my right order. I like the Lantana location.

Night crew is the worst. It's always backed up about 15 minutes per order. When it's not back up they decide to close, 5 employee cars but sitting around inside talking and laughing. 24/7 McDonald's? Yet I have arrived here after work 3 days in a row and nobody answers the order. All I wanted was a coke no ice :(

I don’t like to review restaurants because I understand how hard it can be but the service here is absolutely appalling!!! The food was a complete mess like someone literally threw the Food together. And I even got a completly uncooked French fry lol no big deal but more importantly I asked for “no mustard” multiple times even kindly asked again before leaving to make sure there was no mustard because of I am highly allergic. The woman rudely responded to me by saying she checked already is there anything else? and thank god I actuelly checked before eating because out of 3 burgers there was one that had not just a little mustard but a huge glob right in the center almost like she put double mustard? I could have been in the hospital tonight!!! This is not ok I’m not trying to be a Karan here but this is not ok what if the next person takes the word of these employees and ends up in the hospital or worse

The car in front said hello to the mic a couple times after like 5 minutes. They replied " move up to second window we'll take your order", must have some new people since they pretty much said that to everyone on both lanes. At least 40 MINUTES waiting to even place my order Friday night 10 pm. Probably at least 25 cars who were waiting at the very end got tired of waiting and drove past.

This McDonald’s is the worst to come to at night . The cashier at the drive thru was completely unprofessional and needs to take customer service classes. I was waiting in the drive thru for over 30 mins before someone came to the speaker to actually take my order than while I was giving her my order she apparently couldn’t comprehend what I was saying after it being repeated to her over 5 times she told me to “pull to the next window bro”..I will never be going to that McDonald’s again and I will make sure friends and family hear about my experience there as well. UNACCEPTABLE!
