Buffalo Wild Wings

We ordered 30 boneless wings but our order was placed to the kitchen incorrectly. We notified the waitress the sauces were wrong but she blatantly lied and said we indeed receive the right order. We told her again when we paid the bill but she did not offer to fix it. It kind of ruined the night. I enjoyed our appetizers but was really disappointed with the chicken

Despite them being very understaffed I give this location props for operating with a very small amount of servers and little to no workers. Every time we’ve come for our lunch break Desi the manager is our server. She is only one person but does the best she can and runs circles around the restaurant, I give her large praise she knows what she’s doing. Almost everytime though, we can never enjoy our lunch because the food arrives by the time we gotta go back to work. We will still come as it’s the closest location to the factory we work at but it would be nice to enjoy our food at the restaurant instead of the car ride to work. Keep up the good work Desi! Hope you hire more quality workers soon for the summer!
