The last few times that I've ordered from here have been very unpleasant. Either the pizza wasn't completely baked or there was meat, pineapple or some other random ingredient that I didn't order. Not ok..especially when I don't eat meat.

And those were supposed to replace the raw doughy pizza I got the first time. They told me a “new person was checking the pizza” but at least they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Other wise usually a good place.

Pizza was on time but my Alfredo pasta was dry hardly any sauce.

The service was fast and friendly. My order was ready when it was promised to be ready. The pizza was very good. The inside of the store was clean and in order. There are tables to sit inside if you want to eat there. I'll definitely be going there on a regular basis.

Pizza cooked perfectly and made super fast. I gave them 4 stars because the toppings were very little. To the staff... SMILE and say hi next time. People skills go a long way.

Ordered via app, after 40 minutes tracker tells me my pizza is out the oven. Another 48 minutes go by before it says that my order is on the way. Surprise surprise, it's ice cold, but the fascinating part was how my pizza looked like it had been dropped then mangled by a wild cat. I pickup a slice and it instantly folds over my hand down to my wrist. You can't be serious...Wings were cold and completely chewy, I took 1 bite and felt sick. I went to bed hungry and disgusted as I didn't have the time or resources for anything else. The next day after work I bring in the smashed pizza I received along with the under cooked wings and my receipt. The woman there says she can't refund me because I paid with cash. Does it really matter how I paid? I paid over 40$ excluding tips and didn't even eat the food, I gave it back but didn't receive my money back. She said she will tell her boss about this situation and have him call me so I wrote down all my information yet never received 1 call, email or anything. A few weeks later I call back about this matter and they say it's too late there's nothing we can do now.

So I originally placed the order through the app like I always do I paid with my primary payment like I always do when I arrived they said I had to still pay and that they would not release the pizzas until I paid. I told the mgr I had already paid and showed them proof on my Bank of America account and also my email receipt and still would not release the pizza. The manager gave me the customer service number to no avail I could not reach a human Long story short I paid with my debit card because I had a hungry family waiting at home my wife and three kids and by the time I got home the pizza was cold and I had to put it in the oven very unhappy with my experience will never return due to #pizzahostage
