I had the best burger I ever had with the Texas Whopper today. It was juicy and flavorful and really satisfied my taste buds. The fries were fresh and crispy. Just FABULOUS!!!

Went to 4 mcdonalds that were (for some odd reason) closed and showed up here as a last resort, Dustin and Jolene made us laugh and made our food as fresh as can be! Turned a sour night into a great one for sure!

Food is always fresh and good. Wait times just to order are always abnormally long. Day or night. Don't expect to immediately order when you pull up. They always ask you to wait even if its only one car in front of you.

Love the food! New employees in there and they are learning pretty quick. Asked for a cup of water and they got it for me before my food was done. The experience was pretty nice. Thanks!!

Excellent service. Employees seemed like they liked being there. Good food, too. Oh, and they have the beverage dispenser with like a thousand options. Peach Fanta is our absolute fav!

Shift leader Cindy is amazing. Great crew at 1030 am. Lobby sparkling clean compared to other burger king's and local restaurants ✅. Make sure under tables swept well by closers, everyone misses a fry sometimes so no big deal 🤣.
Remind employees large flashy necklaces are unprofessional and a health dept violation when worn outside of uniform not under it. Also very dangerous ⚠️⚠️. Caught in broiler chain would melt your face .
Consider asking Cindy to be a manager and give her a raise so you don't lose her to a better company with less stress 🙏. Frandor and this location are #1+#2 in a 50 mile radius of Lansing. Good job 👍.

This Burger King is ran very well. Food order was fresh, hot and correct. Appears to be a newer store or recently remodeled. Would recommend!

Went through the drive thru, James was really helpful and made sure my order was exactly what I wanted. The food was fresh and warm. In a city where you don't expect customer service to be even average, this crew is doing a great job. 👍
