I ordered off of Doordash. Drivers messed up the order 2 separate times! When I contacted the restaurant, they went above and beyond to fix my order, and were very kind during each phone interaction and in person. Third times a charm, and the steak grinder is to die for!! Thank you thank you to the staff who works the night shift on Sept. 8th 2023 you guys are awesome.

For someone who doesn’t know where it is, it’s a little tricky to find. The food was absolutely wonderful! I love Mancino’s subs! Could eat them every day! I did not know at that time that I was starting to come down with something and I really wasn’t feeling well. Not only did I get myself with a smile, but with a little compassion. He told me to take a drink too (I took a water)

There is no other Mancinos or Sub shop that can make a grinder like this place. I will go all the way across town just to get a grinder from here. Amazing food and nice customer service. I highly recommend this place over any other place there is!

Love their pizza and grinders. This location does not have an app you can use. I highly suggest you place order over phone and pay with cash. Using a card is a 3.9% fee or use cash and get 3.9% taken off.

The steak and cheese grinder was excellent as always. Just up for a visit and I really miss Mancino's while in Florida.

Ownership has changed and great things are happening. Place was spotless clean, food was delicious and service was fantastic. I had the much talked about "Dr. J" grinder and it was the best sandwich I have had in a very long time. I have also had the pleasure of having the pizza. I'm not kidding when I say it may be the best pizza in the Lansing area. "Big D" and his crew are doing a fantastic job and I look forward to visiting often. Oh and by the way, the breakfast pizza is also delicious.
