Applebee's

Stopped in here with family for late night dinner on vacation. This was definitely NOT a good example of Applebee's reputation and food quality. The cheesy broccoli was hard as a rock, and had a "few" pieces of sprinkle cheese on it. They did offer to cook it longer. My steak was horrible. I asked for med rare and it came out so burnt, no flavor and tasted horrible. Again that was to be remade. After waiting for them to birth and cook the cow (20min) my family was done eating. I did not want to sit there and eat a steak by iteself and alone having them wait for me. They did take my meal off the check. The only reason I am giving a 1 star is due to the waitress Amanda. She was very pleasant and I know it was not her fault.

Had the shrimp and chicken with mash. DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Service was ok. My cocktail was just ok, THAT disappointed me. But me and my wife had the 2 for $30 with the spinach dip appetizer. Her food was awesome too. But they did NOT carry her preferred beer brand. Place was clean, quiet, not crowded but not desolate either. We'd go again.

Brenda the General Manager was the kindest and most hospitable host. I never review chain restaurants because typically it’s the same nationwide but this Applebees location is different than all. It feels like a family and is. Jason the bartender makes awesome drinks! Thank you Jason and Brenda for making my girlfriend’s 21st birthday on a rainy Monday a memorable one!

Honestly been here before and it was great but last night was horrible. I asked for a refill before my food got there and got it after I finished eating. Also I just wanna say to the waitress we had we could hear u talking about us im sorry we wanted our checks split also if u didn't take a legit half hour to ring us out after we gave you out cards we wouldnt be semi staring at you.
