The employee at the first window, who collected my money has the best customer service ever. Her name is Grace. I was going through a rough day, and she made it 20x better. She was very welcoming, cheerful, and respectful. She greeted me well and was really nice. Nobody should be that nice…

This is a clean Wendy's in a very convenient location. I went to see the trains and Seabrook station and stopped here for lunch. It is a good Wendy's with good customer service and I love to get burgers from here. The restaurant was a bit empty when I went there but I'm sure they improved by now.

Filthy to the say the least. Workers were very unprofessional. Staff didn’t have on gloves that were handling food and at the registers. Bathrooms didn’t have soap. There were no hand sanitizer dispensers in sight. I had to ask a worker to add soap to the dispenser in the bathroom and they still didn’t. Never again!

It was ok the fries my friend told me were the best and so did the sign say it was the best was not. The fries were very salty. They were hot. I couldn't eat a small order. I had to throw the bag away and the bag was so greasy. I have had better fries elsewhere.

This place is horrible!!!! I saw roaches, the staff were rude, the lady who was working at the drive thrue slammed the door right at me when I just asked a simple question. These people are a disgrace to society. PLEASE DON'T COME HERE!
