Muffin Man Caribbean Express

I was very disappointed that I drove over 45 minutes to this Establishment where I have frequent for years only to get food that was NOT FRESH and my muffin looked as though someone beat me to the punch by taking their own bite out of it before me! I strongly believe my fare share of visiting THE MUFFIN MAN is over with. None of my food was fresh

The cashier is rude, but the food is usually large serving and pretty tasty. Not much of a waiting line but that probably due to the service issues. The restaurant is sizeable with lots of places to sit also probably due to the service issues. Most people due take out. They also serve some bread products . None are gluten free. Theres no nutritional information I can see. So if lectin or allergy, make sure to ask. Ok for luch if you have time for them to prepare the meal

Horrible food and even worse customer service. The owner (woman) has always been very unpleasant. She never smiles or makes you feel welcomed. The wait time got so bad, we just couldn't take it anymore. 3 generations of my family were once loyal customers. The final straw was waiting 30 mins twice just to find out what we wanted they didn't have. This place was once amazing. I started going when they first opened. I would go every week for the Ziggy wings. It's such a shame to see what has become of the restaurant. I'll definitely NEVER go back.

I was very disappointed with my order. And normally I am very satisfied with the food there. It has always been very tasty well seasoned and I always tell other people about it. However this time something was wrong. The lady Behind the counter was not in a good mood, it appeared, and my order was much less than I expected in quality and taste. I hope that was a temporary situation and things get better because the food has been really great.

My wife and I use to patronize this establishment years ago and was very fond. Unfortunately we have been disappointed on a few occasions with the sporadic hours and with the reduction in the quality of the food. We figured that the old cooks just retired and took the recipes with them. To make matters even worse the service and vibes have just become close to unfriendly. It kills our businesses when they loose sight of customer and quality of service. Mr. James

I've been coming here since they opened. I've used them for catering and individual meals. The food is high quality. Sure you may have to wait a few minutes when you stop in but it's well worth it. This is not a fast food restaurant. The owners have prided themselves on not cutting corners to deliver great food at a good price. Portion sizes are tremendous and the muffins are legendary.

I wish I could rate this -10 stars! I ordered Brown Stewed Chicken. What I received was regular ole over cooked under seasoned baked chicken! No sauce in sight!!!! . We placed a joint order at work spent over $50 worth of food and the food was thrown in the bag. The website gave the option to order cabbage which we order but we were given bland mixed frozen vegetables. I called the restaurant thinking they gave me the wrong order but the lady on the phone confirmed it was brown stewed chicken. I'm still not sure who would consider this brown stewed chicken but okay. I asked about the cabbage and she stated she had to substitute it for mixed veggies so she wouldn't raise her prices for the cabbage I suggested maybe informing customers of the change and she hung up on me. my FIRST and LAST time eating here.

Food is great service is slow abrasive and brusque. I eat here once a week because the jerk pit down the street doesn't have as wide a selection and I need roti as an option. If their menu overlapped with this one more I'd give them all of my business. Also this place closes at 5 so its no good for dinner which is a huge missed opportunity. I would eat there more if I could get dinner there. Update: The service has improved but the hours haven't. The food is still the bomb.
