Pizza Hut

This location however is abysmal. The staff is unfriendly, unmotivated and will not even greet their customers as they walk in and stand there aimlessly wondering if there order is ready. The staffs appearance is also unprofessional looking and it's kind of gross thinking that my pizza was made by someone who looks like a dirty mess. Tonight we even called ahead to make sure our order would be ready at 6pm... by 6:25pm we left. This will be the last time we order from this location. The only reason this Pizza Hut deserves 2 stars is because the pizza is half decent. For the price, it is a good option for a Saturday night as you can get a full course meal for under $30.00.

Worst experience for a delivey with a pizza hut I have ever had. It's not hard to order a pizza is it? Waited 2 hours before I had to call and ask where the pizza was. Manager said it was delivered and by no means was there a pizza delivered. Then things got personal. The manager just assumed her son delivered the pizza and didn't get the wrong address. She then threw in her son said the place reeked of marijuana. Then when I asked for her name, she did not want to give it to me. Refused to refund me, put me on hold for 30 minutes until the answering machine timed out and automatically hung up on me, then hung up on me when I called the location back. What ever you do, do not pay with your credit card and only pay with cash because they will scam you. Do not know how this place is still open.

I never write reviews and never complain. With that being said, this pizza hut has the worst service I have ever received! First, I was told I would receive my food in 30 minutes. It took an hour. Second, the driver forgot half of my order and tried to bargain with me telling me that he couldn't guarantee he could come back with the rest. He then continued to tell me that with the half of the order I do have, should be enough to fill me up anyway. Third, the food was cold! And when I called to complain, they were quite rude! I was a delivery driver for a long time and this is unacceptable! Terrible experience. I will NEVER order from this pizza hut again!

They decided to make their own hours up and not change them on the pizza hut app. So I placed an order thinking they were open until 11pm (as stated on the store information page of the app and on here) then it said it would be ready in 13min so I drove the 20min to get there and they were closed. So that was a waste of time and gas and it's now 11pm and I still don't have any dinner. If your gonna make up different hours and skip out early. You should probably make the necessary changes to your ordering system. Just a thought.

Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas (one plain one supreme), and 12 garlic parmesan wings. Total came to $50.00. Neither pizza was deep dish and and supreme pizza had next to zero toppings on it. Wings were just butter with a pinch of mystery white sauce. No taste at all!! Called to tell them what was delivered to us and was told you can not put too many toppings on pizza because it won't cook right.....what??? Why do you sell supreme pizza if you can't make it?? Other Pizza Huts are able to make supreme pizzas with no issues. Their idea of a fix to this was to give us a $10 coupon for our next order..... there will be NO next order!! Should have gotten a frozen pizza from the grocery store!! I couldn't be more disappointed in a Pizza Hut!

LITERALLY NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! Not consistent !!! Waited over an hour for my delivery only to call and have them tell me “ they called me 2 times “ to say they did not have a driver ... NO POSSIBLE WAY! Not even a voicemail left, complete liars. I order from this location 2 times a week and it’s never the same kind of pizza! AVOID ! Don’t support this franchise owner !!!!

I ordered after 3 years hoping something would have changed coz I really like pizza hut. To my disappointment it was the same manager who lied to me.. Yet again (smh) that I will receive a coupon for pizza being an hour late. I really don't care about the coupon ( which never showed up by the way.. As expected) my only beef is about the product being delivered as promised and on time which never happens with this place. I am just disappointed to say the least

We had to wait two hours before we called for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered. The website said nothing about delivery being down, but when we called they said they had no one to deliver. The staff working there was rude and refused to give us on our order that they cancelled without calling. If I could give a lower rating I would.
