Burger King

Look at the photo, Do you notice anything?? A pickle, I distain pickles, yet after I leave the park (which is almost every day) I go there for brunch. I always say no pickles yet they religiously put pickles on my burger. The staff are great people I really love them yet they don't know how to not put a pickle on a Whopper. If you are from a foreign country if you love burgers you definitely want to have a Whopper. And in most Burger King locations they give it to you the way you want it except Landrum SC. I sometimes believe they have a huge shipment of pickles and trying to unload them on everyone. A Whopper if you get everything on it comes with onions lettuce tomato and PICKLES, along with mayonnaise ketchup. What I love about the landrum Burger King is they don't flood the Whopper with ketchup and mustard. It is located in a wide open area. It is race friendly and family friendly. #Whopper #business #Americana #race-friendly

This place is a joke now I just went through the drive through tonight and got 2 doubles hamburgers plain, 2 regular cheeseburgers and 2 rodeo burgers for the family well pull up and I got 2 double cheeseburgers plain and 1 hamburger with ketchup and mustard and 1 cheeseburger plain went back through and told them I needed 2 double hamburgers plain and 1 cheeseburger ketchup and mustard only we’ll had to wait and got my order just for it to be WRONG AGAIN! Tried calling but kept saying busy it’s ridiculous and the young girl that’s working the window acted like she could care less

We took the drive through 9-16-21 at about 7:30 pm. They didn't seem busy. I ordered the new garlic burger combo and my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. It took a long time to get our food and the young lady at the window apologized appropriately. When we drove off, the bacon was super crispy/crumbly on both burgers and my wife's tasted burnt. Both of our burgers were COOL (her's didn't even melt the cheese). Neither of us could finish them. The fries were okay, but salty. The tea tasted funky/old. If I wait for food I expect fresh. I intend to avoid this one in the future. I highly suggest Palmetto just down the road for better burgers and service.

The food was fine BUT when I stopped by last Saturday around 1230/1pm I was STUNNED! The lady that took my order was sitting on a stool at register having lunch!!! Literally sitting there with her phone her wallet her drink and dipping her meal in sauce container!!! She said "hold on" as she took a bite then rang up some of our order as we decided on the other items we wanted she continued dipping and eating between our order!!!! I looked around and the ppl behind me looked as stunned as I did. The girl that was serving our food was calling out the entire order in the bag to be picked up from behind a cloth mask instead of the order number so that left p looking over their receipts trying to figure out who had what. The employees filling the bags were having great loud conversations about their dogs and 2 or three had their ear buds in dancing!!!!! Where the heck was the manager? If I go by the oldest one in there as a guess for that position then yep you got it she was having lunch and taking orders so should I be surprised the staff looked more like they were having a college fraternity party than working? All jobs are important whether it be there or a law office our kids should be shown professional behavior from day one of employment!!!! I was so embarrassed to say that was my "home town " Burger King to any of the several families in there that appeared to be traveling and had just stopped by!!!
