The Dunks on 70 is my fav! I dont usually go to a dunks, id rather Gourmets. But... This Dunks is always on point. Most of the workers are sweet as pie. Never have an issue with my order, and always great service. Def a 5 star dunks!

I’ve given this location multiple opportunities to fix their issues but every time I am disappointed. The staff is rude. No one knows how to make a iced chai. I do not consider putting a scoop of chai powder into a cup of cold milk and ice is a iced chai. Also I always ask for almond milk and half the time I get regular milk. So I waste my money every time. I will not be returning to this location.

We waited forever for them to take our order and then when I gave her money , she took a dollar for her tip instead of giving me back 15.20 back..thinking the 21 was an extra dollar for the tip...total insult..so wrong on so many levels 😕
