Placed order for carry out like I normally do. The difference in this scenario was boyfriend was traveling through Lancaster and offered to stop and pick up food. I ordered enough for lunch the next day, he ate his before getting back on the road. After he arrived home with the food about an hour later, and I moved onto the soup notice it was regular mac & cheese and not the broccoli mac & cheese soup. Called and informed the store of the error. They apologized and offered for me to pick up the correct item and a complementary side. And informed them that I am not local and it’s just happened to be this particular store that we stopped at and if they can refine the amount of the item charge refund it back to your card. Was inform no can-do.

I absolutely love their broccoli cheddar soup! Mom loves their chicken and wild rice soup! One day I’ll only try to restrain myself from ordering a bowl of soup. Sandwiches are good. I like being able to order online and being able to make changes to sides etc. I think I’m addicted to the chocolate chip muffies 😂

The food is always delicious, my son especially enjoyed the pizza, my favorite is the brocolli cheddar soup! They got rid of the BBQ chicken Flatbread sandwich, bummer!
Only problem is for 3 people, I spent 40 dollars on 3 meals (with two waters and one small drink). Definitely won't be going back in for a while, so sad!

Excellent food, friendly service. We miss them delivering the food directly to our table. Maybe it is the fact that we have to put on our masks just to walk to the pickup counter and back to our table. Plus it is a high counter for short people! However, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Like look at the picture… the bowl is half filled! There is no hummus, barely any rice of quinoa. What I paid for and what I got is basically a scam. SMH… won’t be going here ever again. I’m tired of these food places cheating their customers for profit rather than give a good product.

I got excited, at first, about their coffee subscription.
It would be a good deal if they actually took care of their coffee.
That had not been my experience.
Yesterday, the coffee was Cold- not warm-cold.
Today, the Light Roast was roasted too weak (think tea. You should not see through the coffee like that.) and when asked for fresh coffee, it was full on grounds.
Amber was nice and accommodating, brewing another batch- grounds free.
Panera, if you are going to promote this subscription (which you are, all over the restaurant) then you cannot neglect your coffee station!
