So I have a feeling our dining experience was out of the ordinary and I say this only because the people I went with had been there several times before. Dinner was great however it seemed like the dine-in patrons ( or just us)were put on the back burner for take out patrons.. Dinner was DELICIOUS,I would totally go again but if you made me wait over an hour & 15 minutes for my sushi when we were clearly just forgotten about or the waitress lost our ticket.. I might talk some s***..

Wow by far one of the best place in the AV for Sushi. Sato sushi taste so fresh and what I loved is there mix in rolls also very surprised to see cilantro on their rolls but let me tell you it was delicious. I will be coming back for sure and best believe I will tell my friends about Sato sushi. Customer service was excellent and we arrived late at around 8:45 pm and the waitress was kind and tentative to our questions and also willing to help with selections would definitely come back and spend another $220 dollars anytime well worth my money! This place is till the best out here I keep coming back for more!! Love it!

Service was good. Sushi was alright. I’ve been here a few times, and one of the times we got served sushi with browning avocado on the top. The specialty rolls are good, but pretty simple combinations. The flavor profile could have been a little better. Mochi was $6 for 2 pieces.

We love sushi. We are always looking for the best. This place, Sato Sushi, captured us from the very beginning of our dining experience with draft Asahi and the very best miso soup we have had. The rolls were the best! This is our new favorite sushi spot We've been looking for!!

Visited this place for the first time for take out and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the flavorful rolls. I will definitely be back for the eel , tempura shrimp, and spicy tuna rolls. Revisited for dine in yesterday 7/14/21 The rolls were exceptional but the service surpassed our expectations. We had three females that continously came to our table to see if we were good. Noemi,Gladis and Yaeli ( please forgive me if spelling is incorrect) were very attentive, very polite, and personable. They made us feel at home and we will definitely dine in from now on. Thank you.

I don't want to hurt any feelings and I don't want to ruin any of the workers' days, but I have to admit that I was veeeerrrry disappointed with the food. I'm no expert on sushi, but I have been enjoying it for over 40 years, so I do know what I like and dislike. And, I disliked this. It was a step above pre-packaged grocery store sushi. The quality was just bad and tasteless. The presentation was fine and the selection of rolls was extensive. But the taste was just plain bland. The servers were friendly, but very slow to come to the table. It wasn't a busy night, but we waited about 35 minutes for the bill to arrive after dessert was served. I would suggest the local Big Tuna restaurants as a big step up from Sato. Sorry if this sounded harsh.

This used to be my favorite place to get sushi. The best apps, best rolls, best teriyaki bowls. I usually look forward to going here. Tonight was different. Food was sub-par, got menus 10 minutes in. Drinks 20 minutes later. Food took like an hour to get out to us. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl to go, my husband's favorite dish there. I get home (I didn't check because I trusted them I guess), and there was barely any sauce, no flavor, and no vegetables like usual. It was awful. It's been going down hill for the past two times we've been but I guess this is rock bottom. Also, the bathrooms were out of order. You can't have people waiting 2 hours and have no bathrooms. I know you don't plan those types of things but it was just an awful experience tonight. Won't be going back for a while.
