Awesome as always. Quick and friendly service. The Staff members are attentive to customers requests. Thank you Melany and the rest of the team. Kudos to the grill Master, the chicken was fresh and delish. You guys have made my day.

Always a pleasure the food is good and the service is great! They always go above and to get your order right! The drive-thru tends to appear long but go by quickly! I’ve also order thru the mobile app too if the dine-in is closed (during business hrs) and they come outside to your car! I can honestly say they’re 5 star! Great job!

I had order from Uber eats and my order ended up containing burnt rice and they missed several order notes on top of giving me burnt chicken. When I reached out to the establishment no one was able to pick up the phone, having to return back to the store on my own to get the situation corrected was a waste of my time and money. Please consider a change in management, it’s sad such a well known establishment still has problems with its foundation. Improve the order quality and customer service.

Chicken generally tastes bland and occasionally overcooked or dry. Taste varies among EL Pollo Locos. Some are better than others. In general their quality has gone down. In Lancaster I prefer the Valley Central Way location as opposed to the store on avenue K location which lacks customer service and consistent Quality.

This is probably the best one in Lancaster. Staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't treat me bad for being a door dasher delivery person either like other el pollo loco locations have. Plus this place makes the best Mexican hot chocolate as well during the holidays.

The food was good but the service was lacking. We ordered two combo meals from the drive through and the chips were missing from both meals. My wife went inside to get the missing chips and she was only given one bag of chips.
When we got home and started to eat I saw the chips were all broken. Also my burrito was split down the length of the whole burrito making difficult to eat.
This is definitely a one off, usually we have a really good experience

They always get the order wrong. They ask a million times and they go over it and they still get it wrong. I have to ask for the chicken to be warm. The cashier said, we always give hot chicken. 😒then why have I gotten cold chicken in my pollo bowl?

It's El Pollo Loco. Chicken is always delicious, salsas are fresh and flavorful. Salads are yummy and filling. Can't go wrong with the double chicken salad.

I am so disappointed to read the less than happy comments. I am so happy with both Lancaster locations. The new location on 10th st west and Ave. L being my favorite. My standard 4 or 5 times a week regular meal is the Black Bean Chicken bowl with a side of the creamy dressing. It is my YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! I would say that the churros are horriable tasting. To me, and the one and only one I have had was grease soaked and not light and airy. But then no one can compare to Costco I don't think and their churros. All in all... I am a happy customer. 3 visits, disappointed each time. Each time missing utensils, dressing or salsas from my order. Tonight I ordered the double chicken avocado salad... The quarter of an avacoad they gave me was completely browned, disgusting, as if it sat out for an entire day. Chicken was not fresh and hard as well.

The preview was an EPIC FAIL!!! The event started at 4:30pm, tickets were issued with start times of 5:30 & 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30 (the time stated on my ticket), there were two cars ahead of me. There was NO Chicken left, the "Baja Shrimp Cobb Salad" was without Avocado and the drink machine had stopped working!
I feel that the people who arrived at their stated ticket time of 6:30 and were cut short, should be given another opportunity to "preview" this restaurant when they actually have chicken and Avocado!
