I am so disappointed to read the less than happy comments. I am so happy with both Lancaster locations. The new location on 10th st west and Ave. L being my favorite. My standard 4 or 5 times a week regular meal is the Black Bean Chicken bowl with a side of the creamy dressing. It is my YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! I would say that the churros are horriable tasting. To me, and the one and only one I have had was grease soaked and not light and airy. But then no one can compare to Costco I don't think and their churros. All in all... I am a happy customer. Thank you El Pollo Loco

Always a pleasure the food is good and the service is great! They always go above and to get your order right! The drive-thru tends to appear long but go by quickly! I’ve also order thru the mobile app too if the dine-in is closed (during business hrs) and they come outside to your car! I can honestly say they’re 5 star! Great job!

This is probably the best one in Lancaster. Staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't treat me bad for being a door dasher delivery person either like other el pollo loco locations have. Plus this place makes the best Mexican hot chocolate as well during the holidays.

It's El Pollo Loco. Chicken is always delicious, salsas are fresh and flavorful. Salads are yummy and filling. Can't go wrong with the double chicken salad.
