Love Copper Cup. Service is outstanding, food quality is right on point and top notch. The drive through is great for days you don’t feel like getting out of your car. Love this place even though it is pricey but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. This place is quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop.
Couldn't have asked for a better neighborhood coffee shop! Great Passenger coffee, multiple milk selections, from scratch food, always greeted by the super sweet girls behind the counter, beautiful space and decor and a drive thru! The best!
1st time in a Copper cup...very nicely decorated with living plants. Felt like a positive atmosphere. I had a latte and bagel, it was nice. Very comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi.
Favorite coffee shop! It's nice to patron a local business versus a chain.

Only suggestion, just because I love you guys and want to continue to see you succeed... is to expand the food menu with other options and better consistency when it comes to coffee/espresso based drinks and food. On the tea end you knock it out of the park. Unfortunately on more than one occasion, food is underbaked and the espresso has off putting taste of bitterness or staleness.
When I moved to Lancaster I tried a lot of places around town and Copper Cup is by far my favorite. Best matcha latte, the seasonal menus are great, the food is tasty (the vegan chocolate chip cookie is amazing) and their staff is by FAR the nicest. The drive thru is also super convenient. They've single handled cured my dog's hatred and fear of drivethrus. She knows when we pull in she's getting a puppuccino!

I live within walking distance of C.C. walked and drove past this lil gem for 4 yrs. Yesterday morning I finally decided to peruse the menu, So I reached out and grabbed the baked oatmeal with cream as well as the 3 cheese quiche...
Omg, have I been missing out.. I ordered online, without and issues, they gave me a finish time online as well as text notification that my order was received and on schedule. Upon arrival, I was greeted before the door could close behind me and they asked if I made an online, and I was back out the door for my 1 min. walk back to my place.. Fabulous 1st time experience, Thank you!

We have been coming here every Tuesday for the past 3 years. This is the best coffee shop in Lancaster. There are some other decent ones but Copper Cup is the best. Expensive, yes; you get what you pay for.
This is a gem of a modern cafe in an area lost in nostalgia and slathered with dilapidated antiques. The single barista on staff was brilliant, and super gracious. Coffee was top of the line, menu is unique and delicious and I was in and out in just a handful of minutes. Would definitely visit again.

Coffee was very good. I will definitely go back for another latte . The shop is cool inside. My biscuit however was sadly most likely heated in a microwave. Was very very hot and stuck on to the bottom of the container. I probably will not order food there again without asking how they cook or heat the food. Several outlets throughout the dining room make it easy for a laptop charging or even for your cell phone. Staff was friendly and efficient.
