I ate at this Charley’s location and have to say I was highly impressed the young man who took my order I think his name was Jim, he was prompt and helpful with any questions I needed answered.
The food was perfectly cooked and one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever eaten. The whole crew would get a thumbs up from me. Only problem was the short guy who forgot my fries and called out the wrong number.
This Charley's Cheesesteaks, located in the Food Court at Park City Mall, has an exceptional young man named Michael! Having never been at Charley's, he was helpful, kind, attentive & personable...and I'm sure I'll be back to try his favorite: chicken teriyaki!! I did take a picture...but it was after I enjoyed it!!
Excellent food. My Coke was flat but this happens. The cashier didn't tell me I would need my number to get my order so I had to dig it out of my pocket. Very reasonable price especially for ranch sauce cheese and bacon on the fries. I don't think I've ever had a truly bad experience here. When I told them that my soda didn't taste right they immediately replaced it and offered something else. It was a little busy but again this is to be expected from the weekend
Ordered from here tonight and everything was so yummy! I had the chicken Philly with a side of fries which was delicious. The employees were very friendly as well. Overall a great experience and will be returning.
First, the employee was AWESOME! A very nice guy named Alan!!!! Goodness, outstanding service. Informed us of lots of info, such as their app, hours, all that good stuff. Cheesesteaks are AMAZING 🤩 Fries are delish! Yummy food! Thank you Alan!!
Good food! Service was ok and workers aren't too cleaned up. My cheesesteak didn't have much meat on it. Wasn't given an order number but needed it to know when my order was ready.
I ordered a 6 inch bacon cheese steak 3 cheese. Was pretty good. The portion was perfect. The bread was fresh. I got fries and they were good. My son stole half of them from me. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely eat there again.
Enjoyed the meal, the service and the drink. The strawberry iced tea was wonderful. The cheese steak was delicious and filling. The staff made you feel at home. The price was a little on the pricey side but it was worth it.
Just got a philly cheese steak like I always do when I pop into the mall. Hey what can I say I haven’t been disappointed yet so I will continue to go back.
The food is hot, fresh and most importantly tasty with the right amount of seasoning. As much as I loved the cheesesteak the fries stole the show. Those fries are the floppy wimpy little fires that you get at a lot of other chain restaurants. They are nice, thick and crispy enjoyable to the very last bite.
I’m not in town often but when I am ill make sure to keep popping in since they always give me my moneys worth.
I just had the best cheese steak sandwich! The bun was warm soft and tasty. Steak was hot juicy delicious and just enough meat. The toppings and provelone cheese were great. Everything was fresh. The service was friendly and fast.
