Great place that I have been to many times. Never any issues with food, drinks or service. I was actually super impressed with our last visit our waitress stopped and said that the nachos didn’t look like the cheese was fully melted and wanted to get it fixed. Which I thought they tasted great as is. They took it and brought out new ones and removed it from the bill.
Highly recommend going and having some drinks and getting The Dipper to snack on!

Have to say quips pub was ok it’s been awhile I got the special steak pie and piping hot loved that part , food was good maybe a little more spices and pepper but real nice on cold day to get hot meal. Bartender also good, fast, respectful 3 plus close four would diefently go back

Cool spot for some great food. Lots of seats at the huge bar in the center of the pub. Spacious seating in the dining areas. You need to use your phone to scan the bar code for the menu.
The food was way beyond my expectations. Drinks were perfection. Highly recommend.

Great place to chill, have a beer or whiskey, and play darts. The food is delicious and the atmosphere of the place makes you forget that you're actually in Lancaster..feels like a pub in a different country.

Fish ‘n Chips were the best I’ve ever had. The building/bar is unique, atmosphere is fun and even the music was spot on. Would recommend 100%!

Was staying across the street, needed to grab a meal, so went to give it a try. Very happy I did, because the food was fantastic and the staff were really nice. Best bangers and mash I've had anywhere, including London. I got chips and salsa as an app just to snack on before the main meal, and even that was good - appreciate the fresh pico style salsa. An excellent experience.

Excellent food! We were delightfully surprised by the cuisine. Bar is small but a cozy environment and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will be back for sure!

Great outdoor seating in the rear of the building. Food was great. My sister had bangers and mash and I had the fish and chips. Huge piece of fish! Delicious! I definitely will be back the next time I visit Lancaster area.
