Review Chick-fil-a - Lancaster

We love this location. They always have good food in a timely manner. They are often busy as this location is in a prime spot but is an easy on and off to the main road. The staff have always been friendly and the facilities are clean. They could use bigger bathrooms as there is often a line for the womams room when it's busy.

I got talking with someone in line tonight and he said, "I like to support Chick-fil-A because they value people, and that is the most important thing." He is completely right. Chick-fil-A was my first job and they prepared me well for the work world, because they instill this value in their employees. Much gratitude!

It's Chick-fil-A. Good food. Good fast service. Clean place. But nothing exceptional. It's overrated. But the Chick-fil-A sauce is good

Great Chick-fil-A! Friendly hardworking associates make for a smooth ordering process. All food served hot and fresh. Parking a little tricky at busy times.

Chick Fila's are always well kept, but this one was amazing. The restaurant was spotless. The retired men that work there were constantly walking through and making sure there was not a speck of dust or a chair out of place.

Walked into a midday rush and the place was packed but they were handling everything beautifully. They efficiently moved the line and were very friendly. The older gentleman working the register was a very nice guy. A great experience. And the food was delicious of course.

We love Chick-fil-A my wife got me hooked about a year ago. I love the option of having a healthy choice for dinner(fast food). It's not grease and covered in nasty sauces full of salt. We as a family fully enjoy our visits and look forward to many more.

Literally amazing service. Wow. Very efficient and friendly staff. With a packed inside dining room and many cars in the drive through, I ordered at the desk and had my food within about 10 minutes. Everything about my order was correct and they were so quick I was surprised. Great service and nice staff. Definitely recommend coming here if you like Chick Fil A !

As always the chick fila sandwich is good. And also their soup is also delicious. This restaurant has an indoor play area for the children. It is helpful for parents so they can enjoy the food and also children they can enjoy playing.

Food is always of good quality; but at times fries could be hotter. If I was inside eating I would say something and am sure they would replace them with hot fries; but I was at the drive thru and ate my food outside. Have never been disappointed with food here.

Arrived from out of town around closing time and still greeted with a cheerful voice. Pickup attendants were just as cheerful and added drinks that would have been thrown out (an added bonus). Keep this up and I will be returning every time I am in town. 😃😃

I didn't eat there but I picked up a doordash there. They were crazy busy but seemed to be operating smoothly. I also appreciated the extra attention they gave to making sure I had the correct order

We're from VA, but stopped by this CFA while visiting Lancaster. Food was delicious, like the normal blessed by God food it is. Service was phenomenal. The lady working the dining room wiped our table before we even sat down, checked on us numerous times, and refilled our drinks without us even getting up. The kids play area was clean.

Drive thru order. Service is always great. Today, we were able to get ahead of the lunch rush so the wait wasn't bad at all. Food is always great.

🥇 This was literally the most courteous way I ever had a fast food bag packed. 😯😅😎 they like put napkins on top of the fries so the fries don’t get cold and then out the sauces on top so it wasn’t unsanitarily touching the fries. Plus, they put a little mint on top 🔝 😎 they win 🏆 💪

I quit eating there for a long time. We don't eat fast food. Chick-fil-A is an exception. You used to put way to much salt on #1 chicken sandwich and way to much nasty crust on the Mac and cheese. Yesterday it wasn't salty or crusty mack and cheese good job. We can put our own extra salt if wanted . Government is trying to kill us with there food already. You guys are better than that . Thank you for the delicious meal.

I don’t know what the hype is all about with this so call “fast food” restaurant. My fiancé and I paid $17 and some change for 3 food items..3! I can get more then 3 items at McDonald’s and Burger King for $17 if I want My Market Salad cost $7 and some change and my fiancé got a sandwich alone not meal but 1 sandwich that cost $7 and some change and 1 strawberry milkshake and a cookie. $7 for a damn sandwich tho it’s ridiculous...this is my 1 st time here so was not impressed too pricy for a “fast food” restaurant it should just be a regular restaurant with their prices with little on their menu to choose from..yea won’t be going here again...POSITIVE NOTE: there salads are good and the cookie was better then Mcdonalds and the milkshake was good but not as good as Five Guys.

Visited Lancaster March 10,11 for a girl's shopping weekend. Despite the many, many choices for a quick lunch on March 11, we chose Chick-fil-A. The restraunt was so crowded, we had to circle the parking lot 3 times just to find a parking spot. There was at least 20-30 people in front of us in line to order our food. Despite these red flags, we had our food delivered to our table within 15 minutes from entering the building. The staff were pleasant, organized, constantly walking around cleaning up messes and picking up trash, getting drink refills and wiping tables. In addition, the food was hot, fresh, salad was crisp and the condiment selection is the best. It's hard to believe Chick-fil-A is a fast food chain. This is not the only location I've visited recently and left very impressed...Carlisle Pike location was great too! These people have their act together!!! I Wish there would be more locations in PA!

Earlier this week, I decided to load my toddler and infant up to take the 30 minute drive into Lancaster to buy my son new pants at Carters and treat the kids to lunch at Chick-fil-a. Five minutes into my drive, it became clear that my children needed sustenance before the thrills of clothes shopping together so we made a beeline straight to our favorite lunch spot. After unloading both children (which somehow ended up with my toddler taking liberty to pee in the parking lot while I unloaded his sister), standing in line, and ordering our food, I realized I had left my wallet at home in my work bag. Embarrassed, I apologized and pulled my kids aside to explain we weren't going to eat at Chick-fil-a today because mommy forgot her wallet. Anyone whose has spent anytime with toddlers can only imagine how well this conversation was going to go over. Just as I crouched down to break the news, the manager of Chick-fil-a came over and told me they would like to provide our meal free of charge since I forgot my money at home. I was shocked and humbled by their generosity. Our full meal was provided free of charge. Now we frequent this Chick-fil-a more than I care to admit so I can speak to their amazing customer care, quick friendly service, and mommy friendly atmosphere. Still, I was totally unprepared for this simple act of kindness. My blunder turned into a lovely meal with my two happy kids. Pant shopping had to wait for another day but our lunch made me a lifelong loyal Chick-fil-a customer and reminded me the power of a generous spirit.

Place was very busy even after dinner hours, had to wait a bit to order but cashier was fast and friendly. Order was served within a few minutes and we had quite a bit of stuff. Everything in our order was hot and accurate. Will visit again.

Although it was busy when we went, service was very prompt! Staff cleared tables quickly. I love that they offer a gluten free bun to enjoy my food even more!

Always spot on with their service, even when they have a line out the door. Super friendly staff, clean restaurant, and always clean bathrooms. Staff there is always so friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. Highly recommend going here with your family!

The food and service are always exceptional. I love this place! We've visited other CFA's, but the service does not compare to Lancaster. They know how to take care of their customers. Well done!

I love everything about chicken. It's always one the first places I go to when I get back to US. Every time I've been at the Lancaster Chick-Fil-A the service has been awesome, everything is clean, and the food is hot and fresh. I sadly only recently discovered that they also make THE best milkshakes. So that is now added to my "must have at Chick-Fil-A" list. :) You guys are awesome - keep it up!

Phenomenal! Never had better food or a better experience at any quick-service establishment! If you could open stores in Canada though...that would be awesome! �

I would've given this store 5 stars for years but the last few times I've been there the service has been poor and orders inaccurate. Not sure what is happening but they are slipping.

Only "fast food" our family will eat! The food is the best but what is even better is the team of wonderful individuals they have! Each person has such a loving servants heart and always willing to go over and beyond! Blessed to have such a great chick fil a in Lancaster!!

Great food and really good service, folks here are very helpful and friendly, I have never had a bad experience here.

Everyone is so kind here people come around checking on everything they really care about there customers
