A very long wait in the double lane drive thru. Ordered a shake and two hot fudge sundaes. Total came to $10.14 gave $10.15 and was told they were out of pennies so no change back. Finally picked up my order and the ice cream was already melted and dripping out of the sides of the lids. Had to ask for a carrier so it wouldn't drip all over my seat. They need to ensure the kitchen crew can keep up with the double lanes.

Went there today with grandkids for lunch. As usual drive threw was so very very slow. Then give my order and they tell me the ice cream machine is not working. If not the ice cream machine, it's ice maker is broke.

Tried to order twice in the early hours of the morning. No one greeted me the first time, so I left. I then looked for another restaurant, found nothing and so returned. Was then met with the same silence and so left again in disgust. Go to hell Lambertville McDonald's. You've lost my business for sure.

The employees are always nice, especially the morning crew. Very pleasant. The food however is less than desirable much less below standards that the McDonald's brand is known for. The quality is far from consistent and that is nicest thing of the things I could say for it.
If they could at the very least have decent french fries (which is one of the things they are supposed to be famous for) taste fresh and not over-salted because they dropped them in the fryer for a second time to reheat them more than half of the time I could justify revisiting the location.
But as it is the only time I go there is when everything else is closed.
The app is fantastic however so kudos to whomever is in charge of the marketing decisions that make up the deals and rewards system.

I was in line at drive through where you order and have already been waiting for minutes and see two cars who got there after me get their orders taken and proceed as I’m STILL sitting there waiting to get my order taken. By the time i go to get my food fries are not ready so now I have to pull up and wait while the people who came AFTER me are already gone with their food. I finally get my food, get home and of course it is wrong. Ordered a McDouble with extra pickle and they give me one with no pickles :) This McDonald’s is a joke
