Tim Hortons

I don't normally write reviews for stuff here anymore but my experience here was enough to get me to say something. Compared to any of the locations I normally visit in Toledo, this location is massively better. My coffee was actually prepared properly and came out hot! I almost never get a hot coffee any more with my normal triple cream & sugar. Furthermore, my donuts were actually fresh and crispy. Probably some of the best fast food donuts I've had in years if I'm being completely honest. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but it's honestly worth it given the massive difference in quality. Other locations really need to take notes.

It took 14 mins to get through drive-thru and 2 of our breakfast sandwichs 🥪 were made with bacon when ordered with sausage. I have yet to come when lobby has been open. The only reason we waited was for a grandchild she wanted a donut. I know it's hard to hire. But your neighboring fast food has their lobby open for the most part. Yes you don't have to deal with people using your dinning room or your bathrooms. But I'm done. From a use to be Tim Horton customer. This wasn't the first time that I've had a problem with an order. Employees at the window have always been kind. You can look at my other reviews there maybe 1 other 3 star. I usually don't give a place a bad review. But Lambertville has waited long enough for you to get back to business.

Nasty!! Always check my food before driving away. There was a huge hair in my bagel breakfast sandwich. Not just one either It was in clear sight. Daughter took a pic so I will post that later. Very unfriendly Because of their reaction it probably has happened many times before. We got a refund Went across the street to Burger King. Service their was so much more friendly. Won't let me post a picture. Trust me Nasty.

First time at a Tim Hortons! First impression: super cozy donut shop. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich, timbits and a sweet tea. The tea was absolutely horrible and was immediately thrown away. The sandwhich was super dry and thrown out halfway. The only saving grace were the delicious timbits! I dont think I'll be returning any time soon unfortunately!

Paid for 12 birthday sprinkle tim bit pack for my child. Instead, I received 11 tim bits stuck together, smashed, and hard as a rock with 5-6 beads. These had to be left over from the day before. If all you do is breakfast, do it correctly and stop serving stale disgusting food. Sad part is an employee preparing these thought it was ok to do.
