Baskin-robbins

My husband and I drop in here from time to time and we normally sit at the bar because the bartenders seem to be so much more pleasant than some of the waitresses! We have never had a bad experience with our food here. The food is always great and of course the drinks are as well. Again their bartenders are excellent. I would give this place 5 stars but some of the other staff members need to get it together. Surely Chili’s does not pay them to stand at tables and socialize with their friends, and then get agitated once a patron walks in. It is your job to seat the customers after all. We have seen this happen on several occasions. One time a customer actually walked towards the kitchen and yelled “is anyone working” which was ridiculous because they were crazy slow that day but the bar area and the ladies working that area were on top of their game! Again great food, great drinks, but the staff is hit or miss (unless you’re at the bar of course)! Revised: very disappointed in the staff. The waitress was nice but the place was a wreck.

This is a decent Chili’s. It was not crowded. However, as with other Chili’s in the area, there was not a hostess to greet us at the door. The awkward waiting until we were acknowledged and were told to that the area we wanted to sit in was seat yourself. Our waitress, Gabby, was great. She did exactly what I would expect a waitress to do. She got our orders right, kept our drink cups full, and checked on us frequently. No complaints. Our orders were correct, the food came out quickly, was hot and good. We will definitely return. This restaurant would have been given 5 stars if it was not for the wait.

Ask for beef nachos & no onion on the burger. They gave me steak nachos, and I'm like I ordered beef, well turns out they didn't have beef but it was on the menu. And of course my friend had onions on his burger, besides that the food was fresh, hot and tasty. I would've gave 5 stars if I wasn't for that but hey, mistakes happen. I would go again

The wife & I got here about 5pm on a Friday, was seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress, Ashley, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and what was on tap at the bar. I had the 10oz Sirloin steak. Cooked by Tanner. It was cooked to perfection. I’ve flown all over the world. Had all kinds of steaks in several different countries. And his was one of the best that I have ever had. Both Ashley & Tanner need a raise or a bonus. Their service was well above expectations. We will definitely be back.
