The first things I noticed: the place had lots of parking and the building, fuel islands have seen better days. (Other reviews state that it's a "mom & pops" place with locals running it so, some of the condition makes sense - costs a lot to upgrade.) I used the restroom. It was clean and in good order. I had breakfast, the buffet. I was disappointed. Yes, the price was fair, considering the rise in food prices, but food grade was mediocre with very little variety. I particularly thought the scrambled eggs were over overcooked (I passed on those). The gravy seemed instant/subpar as well. (Not the southern gravy I've come to love.) The waitress I had was pleasant and accommodating. Despite the negatives I pointed out, I'd probably come here again. I believe in supporting local businesses. They need money in order to eventually improve their deficiencies. Be safe out there, folks. Thank you!

The fact that you can find a parking spot even at 0300 makes it all worth it. Restaurant was okay. I’ve had better and I’ve definitely had worse. Restrooms were nasty. But again…. I’ve seen better and I’ve definitely seen worse. All in all, I would return.

This is a favorite of ours. The coffee is real good! The food never disappoints & is reasonably priced.
We come here whenever we camp at John Martin reservoir.

Only gave this place 2 stars because of the ample truck parking available. Restaurant has declined. Bathrooms need fixing, most of the stall doors do not lock. This place has gone downhill.

I give it 5 🌟 for the parking. I'm here at 8:30 and lot's of stops are available. Could use some more lights a little difficult to see when walking my dog. Didn't go in because I didn't need any thing.oh and decent for Verizon service

This is a good place to rest from the road. There are a few items on the shelves that are not consistent with a big convenience chain. Interesting specialties from Mexico and small businesses. I didn't have as long as I thought and didn't make it all the way back to the restaurant. I didn't even know it was there until I went to the bathrooms and saw the signs for the restaurant. The was a little arcade. The bathrooms were clean and functional.

It is hit & miss (I feel). During these still trying times, help is an issue & putting out good food! When we went today, took 45 minutes (at least) to get our food ordered off the menu!!! My son's med. well done burger...well, close to burnt! My chicken fried chicken dinner...when I cut into it, the grease streamed out! Get it together & drain it guys! I waited another 10 after my son got his meal to get mine!!!! Then, I did not get the veggie or roll, it was offered but, why when you wait so long & it wasn't right to start with? When I told the manager, as I paid, I got a big $1.50 off a $64.00 bill? Different, new waitress & buffet, they said was good. Do not expect much from the manager!!!!

This is a nice little restraunt/ gas station.
It’s so huge and busy. Lots of parking. Restraunt is open 24/7. Serve lunch and breakfast all day. They also have an amazing salad bar. Not only salads and noodles but, fried chicken and real food. Totally worth the stop on my way to Texas. Nice place to let your doggy out. With grass around the perimeter.
Big rig/ RV parking friendly. Right off the highway. Very cute ambiance as well.
If you need it, they have it here.
A little update on this outfit. So the salad bar is an award winning manure/fertilizer spreader. Turned into a salad bar. Very creative.
The owner said they brought that in, in 1984.
When the place was still under construction. They had to put it inside before putting up the wall to the restraunt.
Just a nice fun fact:
