My husband and I love seafood! I looked for seafood restaurants in Cleveland and Pier W was number one on every list. I made the reservation for our anniversary. Something told me it would be good because there was only one reservation available and it was for 9:30pm. Usually we don't like to eat that late but I'm happy we did. When we arrived, we were greeted and wished a happy anniversary. The menu had happy anniversary on it as well. There were so many choices that we have decided Pier W would be worth the drive from Buffalo at anytime because the food was so good and we would like to try other entrees. We shared the soft shell crab as an appetizer. I had the Atlantic cod and my husband had the swordfish. After dinner we were given a complimentary piece of coconut caramel layered cake that was not on the menu but absolutely should be. When the bill came we were surprised again! We're used to spending at least $100 pp and the bill was only a little over $100. I can't forget the white sangria, we loved that too. If you have the choice to go to Pier W or go somewhere else, Pier W is the one and only choice!

The finest dining in the Cleveland area. Have been here twice now and the service is second to NONE. The food is Phenomenal and if the menu is daunting, the wait staff will direct you in the right direction. Sam, our waiter was instantly our friend and matched or meals with the perfect wine. If you desire a eclectic night out, you cannot choose better than here!

This was my first every fine dining experience and it was amazing. I’ve never had food so delicious! Our waiter was so attentive and kind! I want to come back to try other things on that delicious menu.

5star fine dining everything is they went above and beyond for my husband birthday. Fine dining with big picture windows with the lake view and not to mention a piano player/ bar. Great for that special day

(7/8/22) My wife and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Deb was our server and she was super sweet and helpful. We started off with a couple appetizers, the fried calamari and the lobster bisque. The calamari was fresh and crispy. There's a spicy mayo sauce that goes along with it. The lobster bisque could have been the main meal, and I would've been completely satisfied. It's one of those meals that makes you want to go to sleep after eating it. Creamy and juicy, it just feels like home. I had the short rib dish. It's a short rib over a bed of mashed potatoes with a light gravy sauce. Topped with grilled carrots. It was delicious. My wife had the Seafood dish. She loved it. We ended our evening with a vanilla creme brulee. It was crunchy and smooth. Thank you for making our 8th anniversary one of the best nights!

Food was good. Steak could have been more seasoned but the lobster and calamari was superb. Desserts and drinks were awesome. Great service.

Celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday here and been coming for the last 12 years and we love this place! Service is always on point ! I got the usual the braised short rib dinner and then the buttercake on the dessert menu and an italian coffee. The views here are so pretty of the lake and the city thru the glass! love this restaurant and can’t wait to go back already!!
