We came by for lunch the other day! Both the hostess and our waitress were very kind and welcoming. I love how they provide a "newspaper" with interesting information about the bears to read while you're waiting! Their decor is so fun and was entertaining for my kids. We ordered the chicken avocado club, bacon cheeseburger salad, kids happy cub cake, kids chicken strips and a chocolate milkshake. Everything was huge portions and tasted great! The only thing I would change was that my sandwich bread was a bit soggy. We will be back!
Little wait to be seated, it was a Holiday. Cool aspect, they send you a text, you hit on the app & it tells you where your at in line. Waitress very on the ball, quick drinks & food brought out in speedy manner.

I’m writing this review because they deserve to know I appreciate it everything they did for me and my guests. I reserved in May for a Saturday, I didn’t know that was not meant to be because those days they’re busy specially since I had reserved for a large party, but somehow the person that reserve my event didn’t know she wasn’t supposed to book me. In June the same day that I’m meant to be there with my party I get a phone call saying I was only able to stay for 30 minutes I did get a bit frustrated, but I decide to get there a few minutes prior to the event time, and I asked to talk to the manager and he was super nice. He explain the situation and also work with me with this situation. The staff was super friendly very welcoming and they made us feel very satisfied with their service. I was glad I was able to get a good experience. I want to thank the staff and the manager for everything.

The host was welcoming and inviting, she smiled making eye contact, and made us feel welcomed, she continued with making us comfortable and ended our walk to our table with a funny comment.
But our server jesus was amazing! He went above and beyond to please me (and if you know me at all? You know that is difficult. 😁) We will definitely go to this location again. Unbelievably satisfied.

Our Server was Tyzhanae. She was excellent😁!!! Best service we've had in a long time. She was very friendly. And if we needed anything we didn't even have to ask. They were very busy!!! We had to wait 35-40mins. But well worth the wait for the service we received!!!
The staff was friendly. Clean restaurant and great food. I had the prime rib, loaded baked potato, green beans with bacon and a salad. Prime rib was cooked perfect. The waitress was amazing and went above and beyond. We were very pleased. Will come here again and so will our families.
We were so very impressed from being seated to leaving full and happy. Currently traveling from Florida to San Antonio Texas, here in Lakewood and will continue across country to Maine before returning to Florida. We will look for another location. So wonderful to find a restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff to amazing food and dessert. It’s been way to long since we have had an experience like this.
