I come to this location 100% for the staff!! They are ALL awesome!! The ladies in the morning make me laugh and smile, great way to start the day! Mike is always so nice to me and my daughters and he's just fun to talk with. This place is the Cheers of 7-11...treat these people right corporate, they are assets to the company!!

The guy that works night shift is great. He always greets you and has conversation with you. It makes it nice to go to a store and feel like your visiting a friend or family member..

I stopped in for a late night snack! Got met at the door with the most amazing service! Never been asked how I can help you before at a 7-Eleven! Tyler James went above and beyond to make sure we had hot food at 2:30 in the morning! Service with a smile! Absolutely could not ask for anymore! Best late night snack spot! Thank you sir! I will say this, the owner Habib is very pleasant every time I see him and I LOVE his father in law he is the sweetest man ever (he works there sometimes as well)! The store is always clean and items are typically properly stocked. That being said, the blonde woman who works there (not sure if she's new, I've never seen her) is the rudest most back talking face to face customer service person I have encountered in a long time. I've never known it to be ok for a worker to argue with or be condescending to the customers. She's definitely bad for business.

Some 7-11s can sell me a cold raw pizza on EBT, then are kind enough to cook it for free. This place wasn’t able to run my card for this purchase in that way. But the customer service was incredible and I am not going to go to bed hungry!!

These folks are the best, they are kind, caring and run a clean store. They are community focused, happy and friendly and I will only shop at this 7-11 store in Lakewood. Highly recommend!
