Chipotle Mexican Grill

They never have vinaigrette. After this happening for the 4-5 visit in a row I simply ask the workers “do you just not have it at this location” and they just stare at me. No words. Finally they say “we run out early every day”. All star employees. Great problem solving abilities. Delusions of adequacy. I would not allow these employees to breed. They would be out of their depths in a parking lot puddle. One star

Spent nearly 20 minutes waiting for a delivery today. I understand there was a large catering order, but when pick ups started piling up they finally decided to use the main line to start making them, starting with the girl who had just walked up and waited no time at all… poor management that cost me quite a bit of time and money. Thanks Chipotle!!

Absolutely terrible. Drive further or get a Lyft to the one on youngfield. The burritos 🌯 here are Absolutely abysmal. Beans always undercooked. Barracoa always salty. Steak rubbery. Produce isn't that good. The size of burritos vary all the time. Salsas never consistant. The employees are sorta solid I guess always see them there but dont always follow directions. FyI don't order online. It will always wrong. They demand tips for half quality food. If you are gonna order order of the Chipotle website

As soon as I stepped out of my car a homeless guy was waiting to make his move. Harmless, but a reminder that one is on Colfax. I got the new Guajillo Steak Burrito, which was just ok. I think Carnitas or Chicken are better. About 3 to 4 bites I had to chew down to the gristle, then spit out the unchewable parts. And it was expensive, like $12.

I went in today and was extremely surprised that the one of the managers behaved the way they did. The manager was cashiering and was very rude throughout the whole transaction. When I went up to pay, she did not say anything and then proceeded to ask if I needed anything else. After that the manager did not bother to tell me my total and once I paid she didn’t say anything and just handed me a receipt. As someone who has worked for the company in the past, none of the managers I ever worked with behaved that way with customers. I proceeded to call the store to speak to another manager and she was just as rude and was very dismissive. Horrible management at this store.

If I could rate higher I would! I am so extremely satisfied with the experience at this location. The taste and quality of the food was perfect and it was prepared and crafted so beautifully. Definitely one of the best Chipotle’s I’ve been to in a long time. Huge shout out to Angelique in particular for helping me with my selection as well as preparing my food so quickly and with the perfect portions while being SO friendly the entire time. She is the best burrito roller I’ve ever seen!! Definitely such a great worker who went out of her way and make sure my family and I had a great visit even when she was busy. Every employee should be like her! Thanks Angie!
