Rocko's Cantina - Lakewood - Photo album

We just moved to this neighborhood recently and were so excited to have this place just a short drive or walk away! My fiancé and I ordered togo for the first time and we were super impressed! We got a Barbacoa and a chicken tinga burrito with a side of chips and guacamole. The burritos had a delici
Service ok, but only one guy was the waiter for the whole restaurant. The food however has much to be desired. I ordered some tacos and the pulled beef had ZERO flavor and the texture of beef jerky (it was actually OLD and crunchy). The chicken was dry and also flavorless. The beans and rice were th
Decent place for a bite or a drink. Their tomatillo salsa used to be amazing but over the last couple years or so has lost it's goodness. Haven't had a full meal in a while here but the barbacoa used to be great and the feel and patio during the summer are great.

Yummy lil tapas-style artisan tacos and a nice location on an end-cap with a patio bar. Decent craft beer selection, servicable and inexpensive cocktails. Many Bel-mar employees seem to congregate & drink here after shift. Definitely better than Bar Louie or Bakers Street. Recommend.
I thought the nachos chips were burnt not reallly that good. The Portobello Taco was good service was not so great
