Jimmy John's makes some of the best sandwiches in the business. This store is always so clean and nice looking. The staff are so friendly providing outstanding customer service. This store also has a very convenient drive thru. There is hardly ever a line at this store and the service is quick. It's also easy to order online and pickup at the store or get delivery!

As a customer, verify the cashier heard the correct sandwich. I walked in and ordered the beach club and add roast beef. The cashier rang up the country club sandwich that has ham. My wife doesn't eat ham so I took her ham and I gave her my turkey. I'm sure it was just a mistake by Justin but we were looking forward to the beach club so we can both enjoy. Justin was wonderful and the sandwich was very good but the mistake dropped the 5 star rating to a 4.5 star.

Only ever used the drive thru, but the customer service is absolutely exceptional. I'm not even a big sandwich fan, but the attitude and kindness of the employees will make me come back from time to time.

I've been ordering lunch from the website pretty regularly when I can't break away from the office. Great website allows you to add or subtract ingredients easily. Very customer friendly for online orders. Food is always what I order and very good. All the way down to getting extra pickles! Delivery people are always, you guessed it, super fast! And very polite. Additionally, I get email alerts with specials and savings.

Always have a super great experience here! Super fast delivery also. They also have a good sense of humor! In the “Who is this for“ box for my sandwich I put “Me I’m starving“ & when I got my sandwich, they actually wrote on it “Hi starving“ lol we got a kick out of that. Great food & great service!

They may have freaky fast delivery but they have even better freaky fast pick up. They are just down the street for me and I can call them with a 2 1/2 minute notice and it’s ready for me when I get there. They always do a great job of assembly of the sandwich.

Freaky fast and delicious as promised. I have never waited more than 5 minutes here, the staff are always friendly and upbeat, and it is more convenient than any other quick option around here. It even has a drive through accessed from behind by driving around the right side of the complex. I know for sure that they deliver as far away as Lakes High School, about a 2 mile drive.

We ordered the mini sandwich boxes for a Baby Shower event. Even with nearly all guests vaccinated still wanted easy single serve. These smaller sandwiches totally fit the bill !! Paired with various varieties of chip bags, and single serve drinks.
