If U can’t be in the neighborhood where they sell the White Castle burgers & you find yourself South of the Mason-Dixon during Thanksgiving…don’t fret, there is ALWAYS Krystal burgers & of course my hot & spicy version of White Castle Thanksgiving dressing. This location was low maintenance & I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. I could understand every word that came out of the employee’s mouth & did not have to repeat my order AND they got it right. Here’s the Southern recipe to White Castle dressing, I call it Spicy Krystal’s Thanksgiving dressing. I hope you enjoy. 10 Krystal burgers (remove the pickles) Dice up 1 1/2 cups of celery Add 1 1/4 tsp of ground thyme Add 1 1/2 tsp of ground sage Add 1 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper Add 6 diced Serrano peppers 3/4 cup of low-sodium chicken broth Mix well with your hands & place in a baking dish Place in oven at 325 degrees for 35 minutes And if U made it this far…ENJOY & wish that you made more. My mother and I literally just left this location around 8:20 p.m 4/4/22. When we pulled up, all of the lights were turned off and there was no sign of life on the inside, but the open sign was on and only one car was in the parking lot. We pulled up to the speaker and the lady says "give me 7 minutes." My mother replied "okay" and we waited. *7 minutes later* there is a line building behind us and the lady once again says "give me 7 minutes." My mother then responded "I just gave you 7 minutes." The lady then rudely responded " Ma'am I have been watching the clock, it hasn't even been 7 minutes yet. If you don't want to wait the you can go somewhere else." We took that as our cue to leave as we didn't want her to spit in our food. Its better to just close this location. This isn't the first time we have came to this location and been turned away around this same time. The excuse they gave us the previous time was "I'm sorry our system is down."

This location was pretty good. When I pulled up, I was first in line so no issues waiting. For my fresh cooked burgers, the little five mins wasn't bad. I ate in the parking lot but notice many onions on my order. My daughter took them back in and with no attitude the manager apologized and remade our 12 Krystals (we had eaten four of the twelve). It was a little longer wait but by then lunch traffic was arriving. She informed my daughter to give her a minute and they would take care of us!! That's what she did. It's hard to find good customer service and they did amazing today! I live near 38125 but if I'm in the area again, I will be stopping by. Thanks Krystal staff for making a difference in one's day - you're appreciated!!!

The map says they open at 6am. I went to the drive thru at 7am and they told me that they didn’t open until 8am. The lights in the store were on. I waited at the ordering box for at least 10 minutes for them to answer and they still said that they were closed. It would helpful if someone posted their time on here and the door to reflect correct hours if they actually do open at 8 am.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to be told they aren’t taking any more orders. My time wasted could have been prevented had an employee come outside and let everyone in line know. Follow On Edit: Hey Krystal, get you act together. The 1-800 number you provided in your response is disconnected and I’m not filling out all the information you want on your website. Give me a direct contact if you truly wish to discuss this further.

This place needs to be shut down and start completely over. This place is “closed” all the time. Pulled up at 6:30pm and was told they were CLOSED. How are you closed at 6:30? Really? It’s absolutely ridiculous. The employees look like they are enjoying themselves inside not doing anything. That’s stealing dollars from the company. I see the reviews below about Krystal’s being concerned and if they were they’d do something about it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Read no further, don't waste your time waiting in line to ither not be acknowledged, to be told the system is down , its shift change or its going to be awhile before your order can be taken and if you don't like it to go somewhere else. I'm thinking about opening a Krystal franchise as close to this location as possible. I would be wealthy quickly ! This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. If I could give a review with no stars this would be it. Never will return to this location.
