Subway

Yesterday, Sunday September 18, my family and I went to the Subway at 4296 US Highway 98 N. Village Plaza in Lakeland. We were served by Ethan (my son was the one who saw his name). Ethan was very nice to us and very productive, he made 5 footlong and 1 flat bread all at the same time. He remembered every ingredient without asking again. When we sat down to eat a person came in asking what was the cheapest sandwich, Ethan started to offer him but he himself stopped and told him that he was supposed to have a free sandwich but he was going to give it to him. I told my family what was happening with my watery eyes because it gives me immense joy that there are still compassionate people with values. My son received money for his birthday, he opened my wallet, looked where I kept his money and took out $5 without saying anything, he walked up to Ethan and gave it to him. My family and I were speechless at how nice that moment was. If anyone knows Ethan or better yet his boss please feel free to tag them so they can see this recognition. HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS FULL OF JOY!!!

I had the most WONDERFUL experience at this Subway! Walking in, everything was stocked and immaculate. We were greeted by James and Gabe, who then proceeded to give us the best service I have had anywhere in a long time! Not only were they friendly, but they also had this 'it's a pleasure to serve the customer' attitude that was reflected in their work. These two gentlemen made a quick lunch stop home a highlight and I greatly appreciated their customer service skills and hope they get raises! Thank you again, guys!
