Seriously. We have been to some disappointing IHOPs over the past few years. This one however, was spectacular. The food is less expensive than the golden arches, but made fresh to order. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. on a Monday, and we were the only people there. I recommend Monday or Tuesday early evening. Friendly, inexpensive and excellent food.

I have always loved IHOP, but OMG, the food my friend received was hilarious!! It was her birthday and she turned 55, so she decided order from the 55+menu. She order the Turkey and broccoli with a side salad. The food was good but the portion size....HI...LA...RI...OUS!!! it looked like something from the kids menu. She received 3 broccoli and a tiny portion of Turkey. I had to give her the other half of my burger because she felt like she didn't eat anything. You'll see the photos. But we were good sports about it. Bobby was our server and he was great. Love you IHOP!! We'll be back.

My mother and I just had breakfast there. As soon as we sat down, the waitress took our order and my mother said it was cold. The next thing I know the waitress came back with a jacket from out of her car! She loaned it to my 95 yr old mom. The food came quick, was hot and good proportions. Thank you for going the extra mile.

We had a wonderful experience here today. Our waitress Victoria was so sweet and wonderful she gives me a little hope that there is still great customer service out there :) She knows her stuff and answered any questions I had. My gluten free pancakes were delicious as was everything else. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Went on a Tuesday morning around 9am no wait and was seated right away, place was clean and food came at a decent time. Cinnabun crepe combo was delicious and the strawberries were fresh.

I had two pieces of chicken, one was good, the other had a really weird texture. Service was good, but the restaurant itself could use a redo. I can remember going to this same place as a kid 40 years ago, when it was a HoJo, and it's still similar.

We ate at IHOP yesterday with our family and it was absolutely amazing food. The staff was great as well. It was quick service and great food. We will eat here again for sure. As odd as this may sound, the water to drink was good. No odd taste.
