Dunkin'

I placed a mobile order which included a glazed stick, French cruller and a coffee cake in my order. Got home and they were not in bag. Called the store and they said they do not have French Crullers at that store. I explained that I was charged for it. The manager again responded they do not have French Crullers and again I read my receipt. So I paid an extra $4.47 for donuts I did not receive only to deal with a manager who concluded the call by asking me to fill out the DD survey. In past visits I have gotten cream in my black coffee etc. I asked if it was a new owner and was told no. : (

WORST DUNKIN IN BOYNTON. no bagels? no donuts? alright. they got my order completely wrong and a paid for items they did not give me. i waited 10 minutes at the window for my order that was brought to me all cold and separate in different bags. i watched the girl taking the orders mix multiple drinks with her bare hand on the top of the open coffee after touching money. never had a good experience here but this was worse. food was inedible and this dunkin needs to fire all their workers it’s actually disgusting

Worst dunkin ever ,I order the drink by the mobile order and walk to pickup , they shut the door and don't let me in so I have to walk to the drive though window and get my order , bonus you will missing some of your order and no way you can't complain because they don't let you in . They explain because they dont have enough people so they do the drive though only .What kind of the bussines like this ? I working in the store just next to them but will never comeback. Good job 👏

Worst Dunkin’ in the area, always out of something, selling expire bottle drinks and god knows what else behind the counter, always closing all machines earlier. Most of the times doors are locked have to wait thru drive thru to pick up a order. Always new staff so everything comes out different every time. Go to another location save your self the headache
