Food is pleasantly extremely authentic Haitian cuisine. Probably the only 2nd Haitian establishment that has met this criteria for me in over 20 years. I love the food and deserts. This restaurant is a “must go to”- just like any other tourist attractions. Go there now-Your taste buds will have a feast.

I love the food, BUT… the customer service here sucks, the ladies are rude, the don’t greet, say thank you or anything. The last time I was there, I ordered take out, the lady with the two stingy ponytails was extremely rude, no smile, just all mean mugging!! Once I’ve gotten my food, I said thank you to her, and stingy ponytail just looked at me and walked away!!! But we as customers is keeping this restaurant going, and we deserve this type of service especially from our OWN PROPLE….!! I’m so ashamed of, now I see why we’re not going anywhere as a people. We are filled with hate, envy, jealousy, when is it gonna stop!! SMH the way I’m feeling, I just might go over Alberte restaurant head, and report this And to the manager you really need fire that stingy ponytail girl , her customer service sucks!!

This place is not a professional restaurant at all. They lack simple common business norms. They will never acknowledge your presence as you enter nor as you wait in line. I've been there multiple times and had to stop because their customer service is just dreadful. They'll even charge you different prices for the same thing and it appears that it depends on who is taking payment at the time. This place is a classic example of low class customer service. The owner needs to make drastic long-term changes as I will definitely not be returning there, too many times for the service to just get worse.

02/03/21 Okay, were done. So unprofessional and whenever yoh order just add another 20 -30 minutes to your order. Visit 9/8/19 the only thing that has change is the interior/furniture/decor, same bad customer service inside. They don't know what they are doing and don't care to improve. The girls in the front all need to be replaced, you guys are loosing business. Two different girls took my order and both forgot to include a full meal, they need to stop speaking amongst themselves. The tall guy working at the food window was able to take care of us, Thank you. What is the point of calling in your order waiting an additional 15 pass when they told you your food to be ready and getting their and they dont have nothing ready. Having to place your order again; like you didnt speak to anyone at this restaurant. You guys are loosing business i ordered 4 plates of complete meal. Make your customers service and phone etiquette better. I ordered at 8:33pm, arrived at 9:15pm, didnt get food until 9:45pm. Once you get your food its amazing but you guys need to improve the phones and friendliness of the front staff. People who want to try Haitian food and aren't use to you will not return.
